I am honored to submit my application for the Leading Lady Queen of Impact because this crown represents the very heart of what I strive to do every day: lead with purpose, empower others, and create meaningful change in my community. As a professor of psychology and an advocate for lifelong learning, I have dedicated my career to guiding students, mentoring future leaders, and inspiring growth through education. Beyond the classroom, I am the founder of Unstoppable Voices LLC, a platform committed to amplifying diverse voices, nurturing creativity, and providing tools for personal and professional empowerment.

As an award-winning children’s book author and award wining podcast host(No Limits with Lisa Jacovsky) , I create stories and conversations that foster empathy, resilience, and self-confidence in young people and adults alike. In addition, half of my childrens books are illustrated by individuals with autism. My creative work is not just about entertainment, it’s about building community, opening dialogue, and shaping culture in a way that prioritizes people, connection, and lasting impact. I also actively volunteer with soldiers angels, writing letters and cards to deployed and veteran military soldiers, support emerging leaders, and work to ensure that underserved voices are heard and celebrated.

Winning this crown would not only honor the work I have devoted my life to but also allow me to inspire others to embrace their leadership potential. It would be a symbol that dedication, heart, and vision can move communities and change lives. Being recognized as a Leading Lady Queen of Impact would be a powerful reminder that leadership is about service, courage, and the willingness to uplift others, a mission I am passionate about every day.

I am applying for the Queen of Impact Community category because my purpose is to build courageous spaces that support women who want lasting transformation without sacrificing the things that truly matter. Community and leadership are core to what I do because I create spaces where women feel seen, heard, valued, and empowered to step into the version of themselves they have always envisioned. On this journey, I have been honored to meet women exactly where they are and guide them in creating blueprints for their lives so they can live with intention, clarity, alignment, and purpose.

Since 2015, through the Women Without Limits Movement and Women Who Werk, I have created more than 45 community experiences and served over 10,000 women. The thing I hear most after hosting an experience is that our attendees feel more grounded, affirmed, and connected to a community that reflects their potential. They walk away knowing they are not alone, that their voice matters, and that transformation is possible.

This work is not always easy because it requires me to show up in my power, but it remains one of the highlights of my career. Building these communities while mothering, navigating personal transitions, healing, and learning to trust my own leadership has given me a deeper understanding of the women I walk beside. Every program and experience comes from a place of resilience and a commitment to help women become who they were always meant to be.

Winning the Leading Lady Queen of Impact in the Community category would honor not only my journey but the collective strength of every woman who has shown up for the communities I have created. It would be an absolute dream to have a larger platform to amplify the stories of the women we serve and expand the reach of the spaces we create.

To be able to win this crown as a Leading Lady Queen of Impact would be a significant accomplishment in my life. I want to win this crown because I have a story to tell!! A story that took me a long time to find out about myself through my own trials and tribulations.

You see, I have not always been this unapologetically confident woman who aspired to be a leader, let alone someone who could help others believe in themselves. I was part of the would’ve, could’ve, should’ve group. The group that let circumstances dictate who I was or who I should be.

To win this crown would give me a larger platform to spread the message that has been burning in my spirit: to uplift and encourage other women, regardless of size, shape, or age that you can be seen, you do have a voice, and your message is important, to know that you are enough and that you can shine bright and be the leader you were born to be.

I believe that by winning this crown, I would expand my network to spread this message, help more women hear the story of another woman, and boost their confidence.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, public speaker, and founder of Victorious Walk Counseling, I carry a mission rooted in service, healing, and representation. As a multicultural woman of Black and White heritage who has navigated grief, identity, and resilience, I understand the importance of visibility in mental health spaces. My lived experience shapes the way I hold space for others, including students, families, and individuals facing trauma, loss, anxiety, and life transitions. From my work at Southwestern University to my private practice and my community, I am committed to creating environments where people feel safe, seen, and supported through their most vulnerable moments.

Winning this crown would not simply celebrate me. It would expand the reach of the message I have dedicated my life to sharing. Mental health advocacy needs diverse voices. It needs leaders who can bridge communities, normalize hard conversations, and show that healing is possible even when life breaks you open. As a woman who rebuilt her life after the sudden loss of her husband, I know the power of choosing to rise, and I help others do the same.

Becoming a Leading Lady Queen of Impact would amplify the work I am already doing and offer greater visibility to the people I serve. This crown would represent more than leadership; it would represent legacy. A reminder that a woman of color, a widow, a mother, and a healer can transform pain into purpose and inspire others to live boldly, courageously, and VICTORIOUSLY.

Winning the title of Leading Lady Queen of Impact would be more than a personal achievement. It would be an opportunity to elevate my purpose of service, leadership, and empowerment. As a two-time Elite Ms. Virginia Petite within the Petite USA pageant system, I’ve learned that true leadership isn’t about standing in the spotlight. It’s about using that light to illuminate others. Through my nonprofit, Rice & Beans for Hungry Bellies Inc., I’ve witnessed how something as simple as a bag of rice or beans can feed both hearts and homes, reminding families that kindness still exists.

As a chef, I lead with compassion and creativity, helping students and teams find confidence through food and connection. As a musician and drummer for the new-wave band Those Without a Name, I channel rhythm and art to inspire others to embrace their individuality and find strength in self-expression. Music has taught me that leadership also comes through harmony, by listening, collaborating, and creating something greater together.

To be crowned a Leading Lady Queen of Impact would allow me to expand that harmony beyond the stage and the kitchen, uniting service, art, and advocacy. It would mean continuing to use my voice and my platform to mentor women, empower youth, and spread a message that purpose and passion can coexist. This crown would not just rest on my head. It would represent the heartbeat of every woman striving to make a difference through creativity, courage, and compassion.

Winning the Leading Lady Queen of Impact crown would be a powerful reminder that women can wear many crowns at once, with grace, purpose, and strength. As a stay-at-home mom and entrepreneur, I’ve learned to build dreams in between school drop-offs, bedtime stories, and moments of self-doubt.

This crown would represent more than recognition, it would symbolize the journey of every woman who dares to rise, even when life feels heavy. It would remind me, and others, that motherhood and leadership are not separate paths, they are intertwined expressions of love, resilience, and impact.

Through my business, BGS Evolution, I empower others to embrace their imperfections and discover their inner power. Winning this title would allow me to expand that mission, showing that even from home, we can create waves of transformation that reach far beyond our walls.

Education

Ashton Lynne Rondon

I am applying for the Queen of Impact Education Leadership category because my calling is to teach women how to transform their lives without abandoning themselves in the process. Education is the foundation of everything I create. As the creator of all the curriculum and frameworks for Women Who Werk and the Women Without Limits Movement, I design learning experiences that guide women in understanding who they are, what they desire, and how to build purposeful lives rooted in clarity, alignment, and confidence. Every framework and lesson is intentionally crafted to create real breakthroughs and meaningful aha moments in spaces where women feel safe enough to grow.

Since 2015, I have facilitated, taught, or coached more than 10,000 women across more than 45 experiences. Whether I am leading a workshop, facilitating a circle, coaching a group, or teaching through storytelling, my goal is always the same. I want every woman who participates to walk away with a deeper understanding of herself and actionable steps she can immediately apply to her life. Surface-level inspiration does not create lasting transformation. That is why our programs are grounded in practical tools, reflective exercises, and blueprint-based learning.

One of the greatest honors of this journey is seeing women enter our spaces unsure of their voice and leave feeling grounded, aligned, and capable of leading themselves. Watching their confidence grow through education is one of the most meaningful parts of my work.

Teaching while mothering, healing, and navigating my own evolution has strengthened the honesty and compassion I bring to each room. Every experience I create comes from intention and a commitment to elevate the way women learn, lead, and live.

To be recognized as a Leading Lady Queen of Impact in Education Leadership would honor the years I have devoted to building transformational learning environments and would expand my ability to reach and teach women on an even greater scale.

"Mirror, Mirror on the wall, am I beautiful at all?" Unfortunately, many marginalized girls/women are plagued by this quandary. As an African American girl who attended predominately white schools, I am all too familiar with what it means to feel unseen.

Today, however, as an educator and a pastor's wife, I serve not only as a reflection of many   negative experiences but as a positive image of a better future.

Through my ministry, Y.O.U. REIGN, I pave positive paths of visibility and transformation which prepare disadvantaged girls/women to step out and onto the stage of life with poise, passion, and purpose. Visibility is more than being seen but it's caring about what others see when they see Y.O.U.

Y.O.U. REIGN participants are:

Yielded Youth who enthusiastically showcase their God given gifts, talents and abilities through the art of music and dance in our Reigning Royalty Praise Dance Program (RRPD).

Outstanding in character. They endeavor to stand outside of negative activity by possessing positive growth mindsets. Our beYOUty school is a bold response to the quest for innovative education and learning beyond the classroom where we "Groom Great Girls with CLASS."

Uniquely unselfish. These quality traits illuminate our core mission of advocacy. The Reigning Royalty Pageant Program (RRPP) participants create personal platforms from which to promote social service initiatives.

Visibility matters, but what matters most is that every girl/woman sees herself as the masterpiece that God has created her to be. I want to win this crown because as the Faith- Based, Leading Lady Queen of Impact, I will have global visibility from which to pave additional paths of potential for girls/women. It means it's my season to Rule!
"Mirror, Mirror, on the wall, I will conquer my dreams and achieve them all!"

Becoming a Leading Lady Queen of Impact would be more than a title for me — it would be a defining moment in a journey that has stretched, tested, and refined me. I’ve walked through seasons that could have broken me, but instead, they birthed purpose, compassion, and a fire to empower others. Winning this crown would symbolize every obstacle I overcame, every silent prayer I whispered, and every moment I chose courage over quitting.

I want to win this crown because impact is not something I speak about — it’s something I live. Through ministry, community service, women’s empowerment, mentorship, and advocacy, I’ve committed my life to pouring into others, especially women and children who feel unseen, unheard, or unworthy. My women’s ministry, Her Majesty Empowered, was created to help women rediscover their identity, worth, and God-given royalty after trauma, dysfunction, and self-doubt. To carry this crown would elevate that mission, opening doors to reach more women who need healing and hope.

Being a Leading Lady Queen of Impact would also allow me to model resilience for my son and my community — showing them that even when life doesn’t look like the dream, destiny still calls. This crown represents leadership through service, grace through adversity, and strength behind the smile. It means using my voice, influence, and experiences to shift atmospheres, break generational cycles, and remind others that they, too, were created to reign.

Winning this crown would not just celebrate who I am today but validate the journey that shaped me — and empower me to continue impacting lives on an even greater scale.

I want to win this crown because my entrepreneurial journey has never been just about building a brand—it has been about building impact. Every idea I’ve launched, from the EUNOIA Box to the EUNOIA Empowerment Foundation, was created to solve a real need: to give women and families hope, identity, and support in moments where life tries to strip all of that away. I didn’t become an entrepreneur by accident; I became one because I refused to let my story end in survival. I chose creation. I chose purpose. I chose to turn my resilience into something others could hold on to.

Being crowned a Leading Lady Queen of Impact would amplify the work I’ve already set in motion. It would give greater visibility to the products I create, the empowerment initiatives I lead, and the communities I serve. As an entrepreneur, I believe impact and innovation belong together. My work blends faith, storytelling, style, and service into a brand that doesn’t just sell—it uplifts. Winning this crown would open doors for partnerships, collaborations, and platforms that allow me to reach more women who need the reminder that they are capable, powerful, and worthy of a beautiful life.

To me, this crown represents more than recognition; it represents stewardship. It is a responsibility to lead with integrity, to expand opportunities for others, and to build a legacy that outlives me. As a Queen of Impact, I would use this platform to continue creating products, programs, and spaces that empower women to rise—because when one woman rises, entire generations shift.

Winning the Leading Lady Queen of Impact crown in the Entrepreneurial Leadership category would be far more than a title. It would be a symbol of everything I stand for: resilience, visibility, and using one’s platform to lift others higher.

As a woman who has rebuilt from the ashes of grief, purpose, and reinvention, my journey has been rooted in turning pain into power and leadership into legacy. Through my brand, Balanced Symmetree, and my movement, Rooted Leadership, I’ve made it my mission to help others cultivate the kind of grounded strength that allows them to rise, authentically, unapologetically, and sustainably.

To me, this crown represents every woman who’s ever been told she’s “too much” or “not enough.” It represents the entrepreneur who dares to dream while juggling motherhood, leadership, and the heavy lifting of life. It’s a reminder that success doesn’t require perfection; it requires presence, purpose, and heart.

Being crowned Queen of Impact would allow me to expand that message of empowerment globally. To use this platform to amplify voices, break stigmas, and bring visibility to causes close to my heart, especially mental health and veteran advocacy. It would be both a celebration and a call to action—a chance to shine not just for myself, but for every woman ready to root down, rise up, and reign with authenticity.
